Welcome back level seven!

Upcoming Planning:

We have a busy few months ahead of us. Thank you, Lucas and the Quidditch Division for keeping things going with the Quidditch teams during our holiday.
Now that we are back it is all divisions on deck to get things moving and ready for the World Cup that we will be hosting this summer.

Things that need done:

• Make sure all contracts have been given to Players playing for England
• Make sure all stadiums have their release forms that will be hosting some of the qualifying matches
• Get sponsorship contracts finalized with the different companies (Quality Quidditch Supplies for example)
• Make sure all equipment has been inspected
• Make sure all ticket sales are going smoothly
• Contact the foreign teams make sure lodging is set and reservations have been made
• Make sure we have all our healers set to be at matches
• Check with MLE for security
• Check with A&C for added charms
• Check with transportation that all port key locations are set and floo networks are open

Things not Quidditch related:

Gobbstones:

• Go over all contracts and make sure they are finalized before the season
  Trade starts this month, be ready with team contacts
  Make sure all arena are ready for the season

Recreational:

• Contact winged horse owners, an update in all rules and contracts need to be done
  Youth Quidditch and Quodpot registration will be opening soon.
  Start a PR on the new muggle sports available
  Set up a ministry recreational league as part of the Wellness Plan

Niffler Yoga will be coming in the next few months, we will need all help getting the area ready for this.
