Skipping happily down the path she smiled happily at her bundled up from head to toe making sure she wouldn't get cold, but she loved the winter time it was her favorite. Maybe she'll even read a book down here, ah... to get some fresh air was so nice and lovely.

Although reading didn't sound like a bad idea, now that she thought about it. Taking her wand out she melted the snow and dried one of the benches before she sat down taking her book out of her bag. Opening her book she started reading her book as she itched her arm as she kept on reading. Ah... she just loved this spot for reading it was one of her favorite places in all of Hogwarts grounds.

Joyce was also in dire need of some fresh air. The castle was stuffy and loud and Healer Adara needed to do something fast because it seemed there was a bad case of lice doing the rounds. Nasty business. She was safer outside.

There was a particular bench that she was particularly rather fond of, and Joyce found herself making a beeline straight for it. As she got closer however, she realised it seemed someone else had already beaten her to it and while she was happy to see a student taking the time to brush up on some reading outside of class hours, she was LESS than happy to see the tell-tale sign of more of the itchy-scratchy business.

"Miss Starson,"
she scowled when she was within range of the girl. "Enough scratching you'll give yourself a nasty rash."
