Just a thought, but if you walk into a movie thinking it sucks chances are your expectations will be met. Give it a half a chance, GoF isn't even out yet, much less done. Every movie has had a different director, thus the different interpretations, despite the same cast.

I like his movies, but this alone makes him an idiot. Do you really think a giant Hollywood studio is going to hand you over its Golden Goose and tell you cook it anyway you want? I mean seriously, look at Batman [someone said that already].
I like his movies, except Layer Cake, haven't seen that one, but HP isn't Dirty Harry or Dirty Dozen, and lets not exxagerate. Besides, I think Dirty Dozen is tame by todays standards no? And it isn't a horror pick so its doubtful anyone would leave quaking in their boots.

Quentin Tarantino people...that's what I've always said...and the dialogue would be punchy too. I still think Samuel Jackson would make a good Shackelbolt...
