It was July. Why was she shopping in... July?

Rylee being Rylee wanted to get her school supplies purchased and completely out of the way nice and early. That way any other coins she earned from her babysitting or doing chores could be added straight into her 'Don't Touch This' fund. She was saving up for something special and wanted to be able to buy it all on her own. Not every coin she earned was being saved though... some was being used for fun. Like on candy, nail polish, hanging around with her friends, books and funding her plant work.

So with her charmed to be weightless bag slung over her shoulder, the fourteen year old headed for the Butterbeer cart. She was in need of a small break and could really go for some ice cream. Or maybe some fudge. It was always tough trying to decide what to get. Unless one of the choices was sugar quills. Than there was no other option.

As she got closer and moved to join the very short line, which honestly surprised her, she took note of who was standing right in front of her. "Declan! Hi!" Rylee giggled knowing he would know who was talking to him right away without even having to look at her.
