To commemorate the fifth anniversary of its opening, the Wizarding World of Harry Potter at Universal Studios Japan will launch a new Hogwarts castle projection show - call the "Hogwarts Magical Celebration" - sometime in spring 2019. A preview and more details can be found below.
Almost five years ago, Universal Studios Japan delighted fans when it introduced the magic and wonder of the Wizarding World to Osaka with the opening of The Wizarding World of Harry Potter – Hogsmeade. Universal Studios Japan will celebrate this special anniversary as they launch a new projection mapping show at Hogwarts castle that will captivate guests of all ages.
Fans of the beloved Wizarding World will be amazed as the Hogwarts castle is transformed into a dazzling display of lights, special effects and music. Gryffindor, Slytherin, Ravenclaw and Hufflepuff will all be represented, each house showcasing its house pride in its own unique way.
