TO BE HONEST, Anna wasn't too impressed with their choice of venue. One of the very few places in which they were actually not breaking any rules while doing some celebration, since no food and goodies would be taken out of the kitchens.

How very un-Gryffindor. Boooriiiiing!

BUT she was there nonetheless. Food was involved, and so was celebrating, so she was IN.

Maybe if she decorated the kitchens up a bit it wouldn't be as dull. Yes, that was a good plan. So the Captain, surprisingly being the first one there, got her wand out and started sending out red and gold streamers and confetti everywhere.
