Food! The food had arrived. West was starving and really didn’t pay attention to much else that was going on. “We can go a head and sample while it’s hot, right?” He was already reaching for a plate and piling it high with muggle treats. The fried smells combined with the sweet made his stomach growl even louder.
With is mouth full, he nodded along with the Rounders idea. It was a fine sport and could be easily modified to fit all levels of play. “Rounders is a good idea” he mumbled through a mostly empty mouth. Fun was key and he wanted to ensure that most people could participate if they wished to do so.
Then Adam’s wife entered. She was a bit over the top and his eyes widened at the bunny bag. Having never had a wife, he could only assume this wasn’t a pleasant experience for Adam. It wouldn’t have been for him. Very embarrassing is what he would call it. For the first time in months, he was thankful to be single.
Trying to ignore the scene, he decided the best thing to do was to continue sampling the wonderful muggle treats. It would be far easier to give his opinion if he had sampled all of them, a few times.
