She'd just gotten in from her afternoon patrol of London, finding it even less eventful than usual. You'd think that with the summer in full swing and all the recklessness that could occur from those underage as well as those thinking Law Enforcement was now too preoccupied to chase them would mean some form of action but it seemed she wouldn't be getting any until she headed back out to follow her new trail of evidence.

For now, she made a quick stop at her desk to drop off a few files then headed over to the bossman's office. She was meant to stop by once she was back in and felt this as good a time as ever.

In the next hour, she would be clear across the country and was uncertain she'd even return to the office for the rest of the day after that point, so yeah, now was a good time. Lex gave the door three firm knocks before stepping back and waiting to be instructed further. Hopefully he was in. Merlin knew the man had a habit of not actually being in.

Surely, he'd have made himself available for this meeting of sorts...if you could really call it that.
