A few new cast listings for Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald reveal that fans will see relatives of already-featured main characters of the series, including more Lestrange family members, and even someone close to Credence Barebone (Ezra Miller). A few notable names can be found below.

• French actress Sabine Crossen has been listed to portray Mrs. Lestrange. No specifics here on how she's related to Leta Lestrange (played by Zoe Kravitz) as of yet, though she could be playing her mother.
• Nasir Jama is taking on the role of a MACUSA prisoner, thus strengthening the rumor that fans may see Grindelwald at the American Wizarding prisoner (and perhaps his escape?).
• British actress Isaura Barbé-Brown will reportedly be taking on the role of Laurena Kama, presumably related to Yusuf Kama (confirmed to be played by actor William Nadylam).
• Actress Linda Santiago has been listed to play Credence's Aunt, which implies that fans will learn more about the young Obscurus's past and family in the second installment.

Several other actors are noted to be cast in the roles of French Magical Department employee (confirming the French Ministry of Magic or its equivalent will be seen in the sequel); an Amphitheatre Audience member (confirming the quick shot in the trailer of Grindelwald standing before a large crowd of people); and also a sailor and ferry passenger , which implies that one or more of the main characters will be taking a boat ride overseas (presumably Newt and his American friends since the sequel is set in Paris, and J.K. Rowling confirmed that long-distance apparation is not possible).

Do note that none of this has been confirmed by Warner Bros., J.K. Rowling or those directly involved in Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald, though there still could be some truth to the castings.

At the end of the first film, the powerful Dark wizard Gellert Grindelwald (Johnny Depp) was captured by MACUSA (Magical Congress of the United States of America), with the help of Newt Scamander (Eddie Redmayne). But, making good on his threat, Grindelwald escaped custody and has set about gathering followers, most unsuspecting of his true agenda: to raise pure-blood wizards up to rule over all non-magical beings.

In an effort to thwart Grindelwald’s plans, Albus Dumbledore (Jude Law) enlists his former student Newt Scamander, who agrees to help, unaware of the dangers that lie ahead. Lines are drawn as love and loyalty are tested, even among the truest friends and family, in an increasingly divided wizarding world.

The film features an ensemble cast led by Eddie Redmayne, Katherine Waterston, Dan Fogler, Alison Sudol, Ezra Miller, with Jude Law and Johnny Depp. The cast also includes, Zoë Kravitz, Callum Turner, Claudia Kim, William Nadylam, Kevin Guthrie, Carmen Ejogo, and Poppy Corby-Tuech.

“Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald” is directed by David Yates, from a screenplay by J.K. Rowling. The film is produced by David Heyman, J.K. Rowling, Steve Kloves and Lionel Wigram.

Slated for release on November 16, 2018, the film will be distributed worldwide in 2D and 3D in select theatres and IMAX by Warner Bros. Pictures, a Warner Bros. Entertainment Company.
