Planet 2 began to spin out of control next, soaring high and high into the air as the sand morphed itself into the victor's crest.
And by a very VERY hefty margin at that!
"Planet 2 goes to Slytherin!" he announced with a moderately enthusiastic wave of his wand.

Maggie was already holding another green marble up over the tip of her wand when the announcement had been made. Ugh! The red crest was mocking her. So without really thinking about it, Maggie aimed at the Gryffindor house crest. "Tikalas!" And with that the green marble went flying off to what was formerly the first planet.

Pinching the bridge of his nose, the astronomer let out an exasperated sigh. Had that REALLY been necessary? "
5 points from Slytherin, for unsportsmanlike conduct," he declared.
Sweet solstice.
Planet #3...was still too close to tell and was by far the most festive looking of all the planets. Might make for a lovely decoration somewhere...
Perhaps the Great Hall?
But alas. Such boyish daydreams quickly came to an end as the planet began to spin and rise into the air as the other two had done previously. Blue sand overtook the yellow and soon the red over took the green until it was a vicious battle of red versus blue. RED?! BLUE?! RED?! BLUE?!
"And planet 3 goes to Gryffindor!" But only by a VERY narrow margin.
Miss Brown had proved herself to be a VERY efficient shot.
"CLASS DISMISSED!" He waved his arms about for good measure in case his voice had not carried enough. "
Homework will be posted on the noticeboard outside my office sometimes tomorrow morning. Be sure you check there and post it up on your own house ones. Simply swim your way down to the floor. The spell will be removed once your feet touch it. I suggest a bit of inverse flapping myself. Tends to do the trick."
