Illiana and Elvin had Marietta when they were young and weren't ready for a kid. The two were about to put Marietta up for adoption before they decided that they wanted to keep her. As a result, the two were cast out by their families. They struggled for a while with finances before the two found jobs to keep the family afloat. Though the two never married (both always saying they're too busy for it), they are very much in love and try to shower Marietta with attention whenever they can. Elvin, a halfblood, works as an architect while Illiana, a muggle, works as a fashion photographer. Illiana says that Marietta is her muse and is constantly trying to take pictures of her.

{Personality }

Marietta is a sweet child who is easily excited and amazed by things around her. With her father at work a lot, Marietta never knew too much about magic seeing as her mother was a muggle. She also gets her feelings hurt easily even though she tries to put on a brave face. It usually doesn't work and she ends up crying. She has a tendency to trip over her shoelaces a lot because she isn't too great at tying pretty bows yet and as a result, she finds herself getting injured often. Marietta loves the company of others because she grew up as an only child and doesn't like to be alone. She gets lonely very quickly which is why she is constantly trying to make friends.
