The two lapsed into comfortable silence for several long minutes before Wyn finally broached the subject again. She knew Day would never consent to let another man into her life, but Wyn worried that her friend might be lonely for companionship. "You're silly, Day. You didn't have to handle her on your own, just like I didn't handle my three alone. Jay and I would help." Day opened her mouth and Wyn waved her teacup at her. "Not that I'm saying you should go out and get pregnant with any Wizard on the street. I'm just saying you aren't alone."
