Penelope was eager to get to know her new eagle comrade. She hoped that Eden would make a good study buddy and friend. Although she had seen Eden in lessons and around the castle, Penelope had never gotten to know the older girl very well. Penelope had parchment and a quill ready to write down anything she needed to remember. It didn't look like Eden was here yet. Penelope opened up the Arithmancy textbook that she had brought to use as a surface to put the parchment on. Wouldn't hurt to get in a little extra studying in while she waited. Did Eden take Arithmancy? Penelope wondered which subjects Eden was good at. She would be finding that out soon enough.
