OOC: Wow I absolutely suck and knew I was missing something. Okay, just a bit of clarification. YOU can decide if the charries get shot into the air or not as it is within your charrie's magical ability and the other person would otherwise have control of what your charrie can and can't do but you can not determine what happens after that. it's like the charm, you have no control once the object is in the air so yeah. If you have questions or want me to clarify further, I can. It's also okay if they don't really get their partners very high. Not everyone's a born charms star and messing up can be just as fun ^^
