Background

Scott comes from what he can assume to be a long line of muggles though in truth a mixing of squib and muggle heritage. That being the case, he spent most of his young life muggling his way about. It was quite the surprise when at the age of 9 he could suddenly send things flying across the room and make it rain inside the house. At first his parents didn’t know what to think about it but at the age of 11 when he received his Hogwarts letter, his father who had been adopted at birth tracked down his biological parents and uncovered that his blood wasn’t as mundane as he would have thought.

Terrified but far more excited about this new world that had just open up to him, Scott was eager to get to Hogwarts and even more eager when he found out what spells and potions could do for his once unruly and grossly unsightly hair that typically stuck up at odd ends. That was the beginning of a beautiful friendship between the man and magic; he could suddenly be the suave kid with the looks to kill and it did wonders for his self-esteem as he made his way through the years within the castle as a young Slytherin.

It had always been his intention to take over the muggle hair salon his mother ran but being a worker there he soon found out that doing things the muggle way after seven brilliant years of magic simply was not the life he wanted to live. It became evident to him that he needed a little something spice up his life and eagerly took the job as Tour Guide at Loch Ness knowing fully well it was not simply a beast of legend or a large sea horse.

Five years into his work there, he got enlisted to take a hoard of Hogwartians by the loch and that summer changed his life as he was offered a job in the one place he never expected; Hogwarts.
