"Now, listen this part carefully:" he said, "Stir 3 times clockwise, 6 times counter clockwise and 9 times clockwise with a wooden stick." He paused for everyone to get the order right: clockwise, counter clockwise, clockwise. 3, 6, 9. Easy, wasn't it?
