42. Portraits

The Portraits of Hogwarts always fascinated Adi. He loved watching the occupants move from one portrait to another. Better yet, he enjoyed talking to them! Such as the one of the woman in the Room of Serenity who was giving him a tip on scrying with the crystal ball.

“But it’s always the same disappointment. Maybe I’m just not er… releasing my mind enough?” he said when the woman suggested he must release his mind.

That was easier said than done though. But he would take all the tips he could get since OWLs were around the corner after all.
