The Hufflepuff ducked away from the red spark coming his way. “Langlock!”
It was Ben’s turn to manage an escape from silence. “…Petrificulus Totalus!”
“Protego!”
A term didn’t go by when the best friends weren’t dueling each other and this term was no different. Spells landed back and forth with neither Adi or Benny in a better position.
“Herbifors…” Adi cast nearly out of breath and the Gryffindor was slow to defend in his own weariness.
“You’re ready for spring, Benny,” he said with a chuckle, quite bemused at the outcome. “Angel might even like you more now.”
