And without saying anymore on the subject, the Badger raised his wand. ''Immobulus!'' he exclaimed and did the tricky wand movement. Blue light shot from his wand and towards Benny.
It had worked, the tickling charm catching his best friend and setting him to laughter at the feeling. However his face fell as it too losed its effectiveness like his shield. What was going on here? Was he really that bad? The truth was revealed by the Hufflepuff and Benny wanted to smack his head. Of course...the incantation wasn't exactly correct and therefore the full strength wasn't developed. "Right...my bad," he mused, making a mental note to remember the correct way to say it for future reference.
He would much prefer to casting a more effective spell then a semi-failure.
However his thoughts were interrupted by another spell from his friend, the blue light zoom fast towards him. Benny moved to respond, his wand up to cast a spell of his own to deflect. But he moved too fast and awkwardly and wound up slipping, the spell passing harmlessly above him as he fell.
