I was fortunate tonight to get the chance to try the new warm Butterbeer being offered this weekend at A Celebration of Harry Potter at Universal Orlando. It was exactly like I always imagined Butterbeer should be. It had the vanilla and caramel aroma you'd encounter when walking into a bakery, and was intensely sweet. There was a small layer of whipped topping but it didn't last too long, given the warm liquid underneath it. Given a choice between hot chocolate and warm Butterbeer, I'd go for the Butterbeer 9 times out of 10. I definitely prefer it to the regular and frozen versions, and it was perfect for the cooler weather we're currently experiencing here in Florida.

I do hope Universal Orlando decides to start offering this 'happiness in a cup' to guests soon on a regular basis in Hogsmeade. It's sure to quickly become a fan favorite.
