Text Cut: Smarty Barty
Glaring he stepped closer to the boy. Who did he think he was saying Bart didn't know how to talk. "I can talk fine it's you that can't understand normal speaking. Maybe if you did things first hand some day instead of being a know it all from a lame book you would understand what I'm saying." He let go of his wand and pulled his hands out of his pockets crossing his arms. Go ahead wimp try something.

Bart glanced at the Groundskeeper and nodded, "perfectly fine" He glared back at book boy go ahead and tattle he thought to himself. Try it, but before he even waited around for the puffer to say everything was alright Bart was at the edge looking down. "It's already charmed, awesome!" His brown eyes moved back to the groundskeeper when he said detention. Did detention scare people around here? His mothers howlers scared him more than a detention. "At my old school we did it all the time it was fun."

He looked down again, he needed someone to test it to make sure it worked. He went to pull out Toad his frog to drop when his eyes looked to book boy, maybe he could get him to go first. "Hey book boy bet your too scared to jump." That worked with most at his old school let's see if it worked here.

Ian smirked a little as he saw the boy getting a little fired up. I've tried plenty of things firsthand. I just don't feel the need to prove myself to the likes o' you. It wasn't the classiest response, but he felt a little better for having said it. Who cared if the things he had tried had been under the watchful eyes of his father.

Ian shook his head as Bart responded to the adult person. Why were children around here so rude? Ian wondered if the state of child-rearing in the current society was failing or non-existent.

Ian saw through the goading statements of the boy. Not scared, just don't want to do it. If you're so proud of yourself and your abilities, why do you need to throw your frog first? He glanced nervously at the groundskeeper, hoping he wasn't ruining his chances of being able to be a helper.
