After Jory had invited her to dance, Ronnie made her way with him into the ballroom in a flash. She gasped a little at the room once they were inside. It was just as stunning as the entrance hall! She then watched as a few couplues were dancing in the middle of the floor, looking very happy. Her heart fluttered at the thought of dancing with Jory. Smiling brightly, she turned towards him and smiled shyly. "You ready to dance?" she asked, offering her hand towards him.
As he took Ronnie's hand and led her to the dance floor, Jory could see that she was impressed with the ballroom's decoration. He placed his hands on her waist and smiled at her.
"It's not the decorations that makes this place beautiful, you know,'' he told her.
"It's you.'' Yep. Because she was the most beautiful woman there.
As they began to move to the music, Jory was taken back to the first dance he and Ronnie had shared. It was a fundraiser for Hogwarts, he believed.
"Remember our first dance?'' he asked. Stupid question. Of course she did.
