Adrienne slipped into the seminar room a little uncomfortably. She wasn't entirely sure why she was here- that is, wands were fascinating and all, but she didn't think she'd actually want to listen to someone talk about them for however long they were going to be in here. And her impression wasn't helped by the surly-looking guy at the front of the room. Feeling like she'd done something wrong although she knew she hadn't, Adrienne just took a seat and got out some parchment and her permission slip.

How had Papie talked her into this again? Sigh. At least she'd gotten Maman to sign it, because she kind of just accepted it without explanation. Papa would have wanted her to tell him what she was doing and it would just all have been awkward. And now she had to answer the questions on the board, no? That sounded easy enough.
