Hogwarts RPG Name:
Fern Quimbley
Third Year
Default

Fern was NOT looking forward to this class. She HATED Ollivanders, and she HATED its employees, and she was just finally getting over HATING her wand. And now this. A stupid seminar with that horrid man.

Stomping into the classroom, the first year quickly went over to the seat farthest away from where the shopkeeper/wandmaker stood, and shoving the seat out angrily, sat down with a thump. Then, pulling a stained and crinkled permission sheet out of her pocket, she slapped it face up in front of her.

SPOILER!!: permission form
Quote:
Child's name: Fern Quimbley
Year: First
House: Hufflepuff

I __Thomas Quimbley__ declare that __Fern Quimbley__ is permitted to leave Hogwarts ground on a school sanctioned field trip to the Forest of Dean for the purpose of learning about Wandlore. I understand that while all precautions will be taken to keep my child safe, Hogwarts, Ollivanders, and the employees of both, do not take responsibility for any foul play or accidents which may occur during the field trip, and that my child must act responsibly and respectfully at all times while off Hogwarts grounds. My child agrees to follow all instructions given by the teacher, and understands that attendance is privilege not a right.

Parents signature: Thomas Quimbley
Child's signature: Fern Quimbley

She eyed the sheet for a moment with disgust before yanking out her parchment, quill, and ink. Pressing her quill so hard against the parchment it ripped through in some parts, Fern set to filling out the stupid information.

Quote:
Wand Wood: Hornbeam
Wand Core: Unicorn hair
Wand length: 9 3/4 inches
Wand flexibility: Stiff
Is this your first wand? Yes/No
If No, List the characteristics of any old wands here, and explain what happened to them:
House: Hufflepuff
Name: Fern Quimbley
At last finished, she crossed her arms and glared at the desk, because looking at that man made her want to puke. Or scream. Or throw things. Or all three. And in her anger she allowed herself the small satisfaction of imagining that, if they apparated to the forest, he would maybe get several toenails splinched off in the process.
