The explosion sounded just next to the girl, a small one, she didn't put too much into it, followed quickly after by "Expulso!" Also not aimed directly at her. Mostly just to frighten her into dropping her wand or yelling surrendor. When she didn't hear anything she cast a third. "Confringo!" Just as the others, it wasn't aimed at her, just close enough to give her a fright. Lex had learned to gauge these. She new when to make a BIG BOOM and when not to.

"Had enough?"

Next she WOULD aim them at her.

Laura was dodging spells quite easily when suddenly she heard noises, was Alexa trying to hurt them both because Laura was this close to using the same spells back, not directly at the girl but just enough to make her cry.

"OH well I think I should go now." Laura smiled. "You can win." Laura decided it was time to go before Alexa annoyed her so much that they were fighting and well they destroyed Hogwarts, she would be the bigger woman here obviously.
