Nodding quickly, so she did not offend Lafay at all ~~the woman was scary, after all~~, she collected her things and went to the front of the classroom where Lafay was working on her own potion. This was TOTALLY why she was not going to come to the lesson today. A reason like THIS one. Ugh, she would never recover from this embarrassment, ever.

She grabbed the mortar and juiced the lemon as Lafay said. Her fingers shook freakishly as she tried to juice it. Once the lemon was juiced she tossed a handful of poppy seeds into the juiced lemon and then crushed it all together. Her hands shook the entire time and her pupils were quite dilated. Maybe later she would go back to her room and just never come out. Yeah? Yeah.

"Stop shaking." She said dryly. "And add what you have to the cauldron." and then more to herself, but still outloud she said "Merlin, I hope you are better at charms that you are at potions..."

"Alright, if you haven't already, add your lemon poppy seed to the mixture. Take your wand, and with a brisk jabbing motion, cast 'dilapsus' in the cauldron, WAIT!" she said stopping the kids, "The next step needs to be fast."

She made another basket go around the room containing small balloons.

"Use the baster in your potions kit to fill your balloons, and tie them shut. Fill Five. Then quickly cast Evanesco on your cauldrons cleaning up the rest, before it begins to give off gas."

She turned to the Head Girl and said "Go On... And be quick about it."
