Default The Lagoon - Fiji

With stunning reefs and white sandy beaches that line the spectacular crystal blue water, it is one of the most popular places for both witches, wizards and muggles alike to visit. Exotic palms trees dot the shores, and rare exotic birds fly over head as you relax on the beach or swim in the azure waters of the lagoon. With white sandy beaches, swaying coconut trees, and pristine ocean surrounding Fiji, the lagoon is a nice quiet spot where you can relax and enjoy everything around you.

The lagoon has no real surf so surfing is out of the question but other water sports might entice you! Perhaps you’d like to do some sailing? Maybe you would like to do some snorkeling and check out the some of the underwater reefs. Fiji is home to some of the most extensive coral reef systems in the entire world! Bursting with beautiful colors and lots of marine life, your experience will be most exceptional! Perhaps though, you would rather like to have some goose bumps, as you experience shark feeding, or dive down and swim with the giant manta rays.

A short boat trip could take you into the Sawailau Caves. The boat trip into the caves is completely worth it, because of the scenery, will blow you away! They are ancient limestone caves situated inside a pretty island in the Blue Lagoon region. Take care as you go down the steps into the caves. Make sure to hold onto the handrail for it does get slippery down there. The first cave is magnificent! Light filters through so that you can easily look around inside. If you are up for a little adventure, you should definitely take a look at the second cavern. To get there you need to swim through an underwater tunnel. It’s a little spooky but it is totally worth checking out!
