Tonks was taken aback momentariy. No-one had ever asked her that question before. 'Eh..well,' she began, unsure herself as to her opinions. 'It's alright I suppose. I don't like the politics much. I'm just not cut out for it. And the Ministry is all about the politicing.' She rolled her eyes, remembering Fudge's posturing, before continuing.
'Being an Auror though, well, it's great.' Tonks beamed, remembering her 'initiation'. 'I get to do a worthwhile job, with a great bunch of people. We have fun, despite the danger.' She fell silent, thinking of her friends at the Ministry, wondering when she'd see them again. 'So,' she said cheerfully, waking from her reverie, 'Ever thought of join the Auror ranks. Becoming the scourge of evil-doers.' Tonks mimicked a dueling stance as she spoke, laughter playing in her eyes as she did, sneaking its way to her lips.
