Deciding that he had at least thought about it some, the Gryffindor stood up and walked slowly over to stand on Professor Scabior's right side. Quote:

And then she moved to the right. Duh, because Tori already knew the meaning of this phrase AND she had even done more thinking about it. Quote:

Elise's gaze flicked between the two lines. She had thought about it, she really had. But how much did he mean by thought? She'd spent about an hour in the library trying to figure out its meaning, but she wasn't sure if she could answer everything he'd quiz her on.
She should be on the right, she had thought about it, and acually had a theory on the meaning. But what if they were quizzed and he didn't like their answer? He'd take off points, and that was't something El wanted.
But if she went to the left, he'd still take of points. Cause that'd mean that she hadn't done the work assigned.
Sucking in a deep breath, Elise decided that she had thought about it. As she moved to the right side, she prayed that she hadn't made one of the hugest mistakes of her life. Quote:

But she pulled herself up from her seat and started to congregate with the rest of the students. Without even thinking about it she went to his right. She just sort of shrugged nonchalantly in his direction and took her place among the other students.
Where was the EASY button? Scabior had expected there to be less people on his right side. But he didn't expect this much of a difference. Really..there were only four people on his right side. "Wow. Maybe I should have assigned homework then." He was done with being nice and not giving them homework now.
The numbers didn't stop him from what he had in mind though. "Alright so- August, Victoria, Elise and Selina did what I told you lot to do." It was strange calling students by their first names but he had to make sure that everyone understood who he was talking about. "We are going to play a little game. I call this game...the duelling game...without any real duelling" As he spoke he turned and began to walk to the back of the classroom by the desks. "So since August, Victoria, Elise and Selina all thought about the wands of elder saying, in this game, they are going to be known as the four with wands made out of elder. The rest of you will be known as the people with normal wands." Clear so far? Good. "The way you will all use your hypothetical wands is by answering questions that I ask. Just like how we normal do in class." Soo why was this a game, and what was the point of the hypothetical wands? He was getting to that. "Everytime I ask a question. You answer, which can be considered an attack on me. But if your answer is...general...boring...or not really thought out, you get kicked out of the game. And I will tell you if you get kicked out, and you sit off to the side." Or stand. He took a breath. "If your answer is good, that means your shot was good, and you get to take a couple of steps forward-lets say three. Who ever gets back here beside be first wins. We are going to see if its true that the elder wands never prosper." The number of people with elder wands was far less than the ones with the normal ones, but really....that was how it was in the wizarding world. "Everyone clear?" Hopefully. He was just going to shoot the questions out. OOC: It's really straight forward. I ask questions, you answer. If Scabior doesn't like your answer/has heard it too many times you are out. Trust me, there's a point to this. If you just happen to be joining the class then you are on the "normal wands" side.
