Kennedy stretched his legs on the sofa he was laying on. He had a book over his face and a metal egg resting on his stomach with his hand holding it protectively. If someone got close enough not only would they notice the book on his face was an Astronomy book and that he was sleeping. Lately, he's been feeling more tired than usual. He blames it on all the homework the professors have packed on him.

...He was flying...people in the stands were chanting his name...he was about to catch the snitch...he caught and...it was cold...?

Huh?

Kennedy woke with a start when he felt the thing in his hand change temperature. It wasn't the snitch, but the egg. He sat up and pulled his wand out. Right then his stomach grumbled. That was odd, he just ate like a few hours ago. Shaking his head, he directed his wand at the egg. He had no idea why it was getting cold, but it did excite him that there was some sort of reaction coming from it.

"Argentum," swish, "Calidus," and tap. He waited for a bit and then felt the egg go back to its original temperature. After he was done, he stared at it some more. What if there was an ice creature in there?

Pssh, yeah right. That was too farfetched...but they were in the wizarding world. Anything was possible.
