Kennedy skimmed the shelves for specific book. A book that will help him find out what was living inside the metal egg that currently resided inside his robes pocket. His green eyes read the title of one the books; Top Dangerous Magical Creatures.

Yeah... he ignored that one.

He really hoped that there was nothing dangerous growing inside the egg. He feared that at night the most. What if the egg hatched in the middle of the night when he was deeply asleep, and the monster creature burst out and ate his brains?

HMMM?

Okay, that was a bit too exaggerated, but it could happen. People never knew these days.

His attention was drawn away from his egg-zombie thoughts when he felt something warm on his right.

Aww, no!

Did May pee inside his robes pocket. Kennedy grumbled at the thought, but then remembered. May was sleeping inside his left robe pocket...and why did his right side feel like if was growing warmer and warmer. It took him a second to realize that it was his egg demanding attention, and not his Pygmy Puff.

Kennedy took the egg out while at the same time his other hand took out the pocket size notebook from his pants. He flicked through a few pages until he found the charm he was looking for. Pointing his wand at the egg, he said, "Argentum," swish, "Frigidus," tap.

The oval egg's heat began to decrease and Kennedy sighed. Every time he did one of these spells he felt as if he would blow the egg up or something.

He placed the egg back into his pocket and continued his search for a book that would tell him what creature lay inside the metal shell.
