53 - Chase
Summer 2073 – Diagon Alley, middle of street.

"Kitty!" Louisa holds a box of cat's food, looking around.

"Why did you have to dress her in pink?" Vashti asks grumpily for the tenth time in two hours.

"Because she's a girl cat, Vashti. Besides, I didn't dress her. I just wrapped a ribbon around her neck," the younger girl continues to coo at the lost cat.

"That makes her look like a Christmas present." Vashti shakes her head in disapproval.

Louisa stops and frowns up at her friend, "Are you on my side or hers?"

"On yours, apparently, because her side has lost!"

"Cathugger," Louisa mumbles, walking away.
