you may use textures, brushes, text, and any other effects that you wish (except animation). However, the texture you must use is not just any texture. I would like you to use the following texture

You may use this texture as the background, overlay, color, anyway you wish. Just use it Of course, you may resize it and change its coloring to fit your needs
