92. Chocolate

Fee unable to say anything just watched her best friend nibble on his chocolate.

“I mean, it’s not like she likes me more than a friend anyways…” Alex murmured. Fee had found him on the pitch (of course) and she had brought chocolate, but something was bothering him, Ellie was bothering him actually. He knew he would never be good enough for her but he wasn’t sure if he could be with anyone else. “Perhaps I should just…. Give up.”

His best friend sighed and took up the chocolate. Oh how she wanted to tell him Ellie felt the same.
