Kurumi had been working harder than a house elf for the past month in preparation for her shop’s grand opening. The walls were made out of sponge cake. The window panes licorice. The door was a giant chocolate cookie with a caramel apple for the doorknob. The room was an assortment of cookies that were charmed to sparkle and she had even made a welcome mat out of frosting.

Placing the last cookie on the roof, Kurumi stepped back to admire her cookie cottage that stood in the middle of her shop ready to be feasted on by hungry customers.
