Kurumi flicked the blank rune that sat on the table. Walnut’s golden gaze followed its movement and pawed at it as it came closer to him. Kurumi had been thinking about what represented her, and strangely enough, it wasn’t a cookie like everyone else had suggested. Looking back at her textbook, Kurumi read that the rune could also represent loyalty. Looking at Walnut, she knew exactly what to carve into her rune.
