Rowena noticed Salander duck into the girl’s bathroom. As if that were not strange enough, she could have sworn she saw him carrying a clabbert. Waiting only a few moments before she began her pursuit, she entered the girl’s bathroom and began searching around for the snake.
“Salazar, what are you doing?” she called expecting an answer right away. But none came. “That’s odd…I know I saw him come in here…”
She searched every stall only to find each of them emptier than the first.
“Salazar?” she called again. What was he up to and where had he vanished to?
